Day 1, 18 year old air-conditioner dies and I start to loose my cool. Call Absolute Comfort and they come out that day. Give me some info and walk me through my options. Tell me they will be out the next day to replace AC. Day 2, two technicians arrive on time and proceed to cover everything in runners. Even wear booties upstairs to check thermostat.
